TERMS OF PAYMENT
By the reservation is required a payment on account of 30% of the total price. The balance will be paied 50 days before the arrival. All the payments can be done in our bank account or by Credit Card. For the payments with Credit Card the price will be encreased of 3% due to the bank fees. For bookings made less than 50 days before the rental period is required immediately the total amount due.
ACCOMODATION VOUCHER:
Upon receipt of the final payment we will send to the Client the rental voucher. It will include the instructions to arrive to the booked accomodation with the telephone numebr of the owner. The voucher is only valid for the title holder and it is strictly forbidden to arrive with more pepole of the ones written in it. Failure to observe the above terms may lead to the owner of the property let refusing initial access to the accomodation. In addition, if the Client breaches the above terms during the stay, the owner has the right to deny further access to the accomodation.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIME
Arrival: from 4pm until 7pm on Saturday, or the time written in the accomodation voucher. Should the Clients be unable to arrive within this time they should telephone at the number written on the accomodation voucher. Failure to advice the owner of the delay, Hallo Tuscany and the property onwer will have no responsibility for a missing reception. Departure: The apartment has to be left before 9,30am on the departure day, or the time written in the accomodation voucher.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
At the arrival, before collecting the keys, is required by owner or his representative a security deposit, as stipulated in the Hallo Tuscany web pages, in EURO (cheques not accepted). The amount will be refunded at the end of the holiday less any deduction made for damage caused to the property or for any additional costs that were not included in the rental price. The Client is held responsible to the property owner for any costs in excess of the deposit. The owner or his rapresentative retains the right to refuse the access to any client who fails to pay the necessary deposit.
CANCELLATION'S FEES
from reservation to 50 days before the arrival: 30% 49-30 days before the arrival: 50% 29-0 days before the arrival: 100% No-show: 100%
COMPLAINTS:
All properties are checked periodically by the staff of Hallo Tuscany. Details written in our web-pages are drawn up in good faith. In any case where further changes are not notified by the property owners, Hallo Tuscany will do all that is reasonably possible to resolve any problem. In case of complaints, the customer must immediately contact Hallo Tuscany by telephone (Tel. 0571 960126 – 339 7384858) confirming his complaints in writing by fax (0571 962757) or by e-mail (info@hallotuscany.com) within 48 hours of the arrival or by 6.00 pm of the Monday following the arrival. The customer has to give to  Hallo Tuscany the time necessary to resolve the problem. Should there be no written complaint supplied as above specified and without an explicit authorisation by Hallo Tuscany, the costumers who leave their accommodation before the end of the stay forfeit their rights for a refund of the rental price. Complaints received after the end of the stay will not be taken into consideration and no refunds will be given.
