Since time immemorial, it has been a great farming estate which, up to the 70s, gave work to about 600 countrymen, providing nursery and primary schools for their families. Nowadays it is a unique biological oasis, the home of wild animals like boars, fallow deer, mouflons and foxes and also a stock farm breeding cattle, sheep and horses.

Among its products you can find: Pasta and wholemeal bread made with biological wheat, Biological extra-virgin oil (from 8.000 olive-trees), Hams, Sausages, Honey and excellent home made Jams.

Last but not least, it offers accommodation for country life lovers in 16 of its 60 farm-houses a big country house or "Villa", a small palace or "Palazzina". The "Palazzina" and the "Villa" as well as the 16 farm-houses (offering accommodation for about 150/170guests), have been fully renovated.

It also offers: 3 restaurants 3 swimming - pools (with heated water too) 2 congress rooms tennis court and mini-football riding school with competition ring stables squash The "Verzura" Theatre archery ground (under construction) minigolf

The 3 Restaurants:
the Old Restaurant... 1 bar and 4 dining rooms with 20 seats each (for a total of 80). Its stone walls and brick vaulted ceiling create a monastic atmosphere , but the excellent wine and Tuscan cooking will cheer you up!
The New Restaurant: Ideal for Congress, Parties and Ceremonies... accommodates 180/250 (according to table placing)
The Outdoor Restaurant: accommodates 250 Situated on the Terrace and overlooking the Italian Garden and the Verzura Theatre. Music and dancing areas. An ideal place for wedding feasts.
